Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Musubi ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 — Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Shinto culture learning app and web service provided by Musubi.
• "User" refers to an individual who creates an account and uses the Service.
• "Content" refers to lessons, quizzes, AI Kannushi responses, text, images, and other materials within the Service.

Article 2 — Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account through the designated method.

• You must be at least 13 years of age
• You must provide truthful and accurate information
• You must promptly update your information if it changes
• Each person may maintain only one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited

Article 3 — Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not engage in the following:

• Conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Conduct related to criminal activity
• Placing excessive load on the Service's servers or network
• Conduct that may interfere with the operation of the Service
• Defaming or slandering other users or third parties
• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of the Service's content
• Automated access using AI (scraping, etc.)
• Any other conduct the Service deems inappropriate

Article 4 — Intellectual Property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content within the Service (lesson text, images, logos, AI Kannushi character design, etc.) belong to the Service or their rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, repurpose, or distribute such content beyond the scope of personal use.

Article 5 — Use of AI Kannushi

The AI Kannushi provided by the Service is an AI chatbot intended to offer information about Shinto culture. Please understand the following before use:

• AI Kannushi responses are for reference only and do not constitute professional religious or legal advice
• Due to the nature of AI, responses may contain inaccuracies
• Conversation content may be analyzed for service improvement
• Please refrain from entering personal or sensitive information

Article 6 — Solana Tokens & NFTs

The Service plans to offer MUSUBI tokens and NFT Goshuin features integrated with the Solana blockchain in the future.

• Tokens and NFTs are not investment products; they are intended for use within the Service
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible; the Service does not guarantee cancellation
• The Service bears no responsibility for fluctuations in token value
• Management of wallet private keys is the sole responsibility of the user

Article 7 — Disclaimer

The Service shall not be held liable for the following:

• Damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service
• The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI Kannushi responses
• Disputes between users
• Matters relating to external services linked through the Service
• Damages caused by events beyond the Service's control, such as natural disasters or system failures

Article 8 — Changes & Termination

The Service may modify, add to, or discontinue its features without prior notice. If the Service is to be terminated, users will generally be notified at least 30 days in advance via the app or email.

Article 9 — Account Suspension & Deletion

The Service may suspend or delete a user's account without prior notice if the user violates these Terms or if the Service determines it necessary for operational purposes.

Article 10 — Changes to Terms

These Terms may be revised as needed. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 11 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
